Structure of the 21-Day Process
Phase I – Awareness (Days 1–7)
You learn to observe ego patterns such as fear, validation-seeking, control, self-image protection, and inner dialogue.
Phase II – Regulation (Days 8–14)
You shift from automatic reaction to conscious response through emotional responsibility, choice, and self-regulation.
Phase III – Integration (Days 15–21)
You stabilize a healthy ego through inner worth, boundaries, quiet strength, conscious relationships, and ego in service of awareness.
Each day includes:
